Condolences to the Greatest Personality

We have lost the Great Human, a Great Scientist, a Great personality Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam. One of the greatest Engineers India ever saw.

Former President of India, the rocket man of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam has died on Monday following a cardiac arrest at Shillong. His death is a great loss to the scientific community.

Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam (15 October 1931 – 27 July 2015) was the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007. Kalam was born and raised in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu and studied physics and aerospace engineering. He spent first four decades as a scientist and science administrator, mainly at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and was intimately involved in India's civilian space program and military missile development efforts. He thus came to be known as the Missile Man of India for his work on the development of ballistic missile and launch vehicle technology. Born in a simple family grown to a professor, scientist and a great leader, a man of dreams who made us dream on daylight with his vision, humbleness and simplicity took India to the great heights, now will remain in minds of every Indian.

We, Kuwait Engineers Forum, Salute to the great leader Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam and say Goodbye.
